I love stews and soups because they’re easy to cook and leftover soup is delicious. I think I may step outside my comfort zone and try this dish!

Definitely! I’d add it toward the end of cooking to avoid it getting too mushy.

Beautiful looking comfort food recipe. I love my Guinness and can’t wait to try it. Do you think it will come out OK if I replace the potatoes with cauliflower or rutabaga to lower the carb content?
