What surprised me most was how quickly I’d feel full once I did eat and I suspect that was due in large part to the high fat percentage.  Though I don’t think I’m ready to recommend 50%+ of calories from fat, I do think that folks who struggle with frequent hunger might consider replacing some of their carbs with fats.]]></description>
