I’m currently working through my issues and, with help, I’m able to curb my eating to just be eating mentality. It’s hard, really hard, but it’s going to be worth it in the long run. Thank you for what you’ve written. I’ve been looking for something like this and I hope those that need it find your blog. Sometimes I don’t think people look at the small things that add up over time. Catch it now, before things get out of hand. Sorry this is so long. I appreciate your advise and suggestions and I hope others do too.]]></description>
