<p>So how did I manage to make this dip so delicious for just a fraction of the calories?  It&#8217;s all about the smart substitutions!  By swapping out regular mayonnaise and sour cream for light mayo, low-fat Greek yogurt, and low-fat buttermilk, you get a creamy and tangy dip for over <strong>60% fewer calories</strong> without sacrificing flavor or texture.  In fact, this dressing tastes so rich, you&#8217;ll have a hard time believing it isn&#8217;t full-fat!</p>



<p>Though it might be tempting with a dip like this to go fat-free <em>everything, </em>reaching for low-fat options will help you cut back on calories without losing that rich flavor and texture that fat provides.
