light sour cream

fat-free Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)

Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning, or other seasoning salt

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and fold everything together with a rubber spatula.
Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Serve with your favorite chip or a veggie tray! Makes about 2 cups of dip.
