My name is Maureen and I am thrilled you are here!

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP) I have spent over a decade helping my patients and clients reach their nutrition and fitness goals. From diabetes management and heart health to sports nutrition and wellness, I have designed individualized eating plans as varied as my clientele. And now here, at The Diet Oracle, I am excited to share my nutrition insight and expertise with you!

Let’s face it, weight loss is tough! If it wasn’t, the diet industry wouldn’t be the multi-billion dollar industry that it is. New diets are constantly hitting the newsstands, each claiming the secret to fast and lasting weight loss. We are bombarded with a constant barrage of mixed messages, recommendations, and gimmicks. How can the average person who’s looking to shed a few pounds make sense of all this?

In reality, there is no single “right way” to lose weight that works for everyone. A plan that creates fabulous results for one person might be a total dud for another. The trick is to find a diet that works for you and is tailored to your life and needs.

Whether counseling individuals, designing and running group programs, or speaking before large audiences, I’ve had the opportunity to help hundreds of people on their weight loss journeys…and now I want to help you.
